The Power Plate Orientation Workshop provides an introduction to Power Plate (Whole Body Vibration). This includes understanding what sets us apart as the industry leader in this category, adding the value of rapid, reflexive, and repeatable influence on the human body. Whether an individual consumer, a sales professional, a movement practitioner, or clinician, our goal is empower you with the skills and knowledge necessary to utilize Power Plate as a vehicle to improve quality of life.

This workshop provides the most current, relevant, and up to date information regarding Power Plate: Whole Body Vibration.  The PPOW is showcases evidence based science, and demonstrates easy to use practical application. Our education is inspired by Applied Functional Science (AFS)® powered by Gray Institute®.
